MONORAIL -Ongoing Until Further Notice

 The Walt Disney World Resort Monorail System is undergoing refurbishment and may be on modified service and/or routes.  If Guests wish to use this form of transportation during their visit, they should check to be sure of the best option available on their day of travel as alternative transportation options will be available.
Ongoing until late March 2020 : Epcot Beam To accommodate planned maintenance, the operating schedule wil be temporarily adjusted for the Epcot bean of the Walt Disney World Resort Monorail System.  Monorail service to Epcot will start at 10am on Mondays, Tuesdays and  Wednesdays.  Guests looking to visit Ecpot earlier in the morning on those days will be able to access the park via bus from their Resort hotel.  Additional buses will transport Guests between the Transportation & Ticket Center and Epcot.  It is expected that normal operating hours will return in late March. 


ONGOING until Summer 2020 - Citricos at Disney`s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will undergo renovations this year to improve the sophisticated space.  As part of this, the signature restaurant will be modified in a few different phases, including:  Starting February 2020, the bar will be closed.  Bar service and the restaurants award winning wine list will continue to be available at Citricos.  Also in February, the menu will be modified for a limited time as the main cookline is refurbished.
Starting May, the dining room will be closed in sections, and the dessrt menu will be modified for a limited time.


During this time, Citricos will remain open and accept reservations while we continue to focus on delivering outstanding Guest service in an adjusted layout.
Citricos is expected to finish its refurbishment in Summer 2020. Once complete, the restaurant will feature an improved fine dining experience, our Guests will continue to enjoy the lively atmosphere, seasonally-inspired menu and elegance embodied by Disney`s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.

Overview

Breakfast is with Mary Poppins, Alice in Wonderland and the Mad Hatter. Of course, you’ll want to visit the magical Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks as well. Monorails will whisk you directly to the fun and excitement of Disney’s Magic Kingdom Park and Epcot and Disney’s other exciting Theme Parks and attractions are well connected by Disney’s Complimentary Transportation System. Cítricos

This upscale restaurant offers Mediterranean-inspired cuisine in a beautiful, 190-seat dining room in sun-drenched Provençal colours, with an open-air kitchen. Modern, flavourful dishes that change with the seasons are its forte. The restaurant includes a private, glass-walled dining room that seats as many as 10 guests.

Victoria and Albert’s

The crème de la crème of Disney dining, this is Central Florida’s only five-diamond restaurant, with a seven-course menu that is customised daily and an award-winning wine list. Open for dinner only, the intimate dining room seats just 53, and features a harpist each evening. The coveted Chef’s Table in the kitchen must be booked months in advance. 1900 Park Fare - Dine with a Princess, a magical English nanny or Characters from the rabbit hole at this enchanting restaurant.

Garden View Lounge

Turn back the clock to the genteel tradition of sipping an afternoon tea. Tea cakes and other traditional tantalizing treats accompany a wide selection of tasty teas. Your afternoons will never be the same.

Narcoossee's

"Sea" yourself dining here. Nestled on the waterfront, this creative seafood restaurant serves North American favourites.

Grand Floridian Café

Drink in the sweeping views along the veranda that overlooks the courtyard and sparkling pool. Specialities include wonderful salads, soups, sandwiches and creative entrées for lunch, and steak and fresh seafood for dinner.

Gasparilla Grill & Games

Breeze into this light and airy quick service restaurant for great food and a fun assortment of video games. Specialities include signature speciality items, pastries, salads, grilled chicken sandwiches, pizza and hamburgers.
