Customers yet to travel and wish to amend their booking

We're flexible with your holiday arrangements. Should you wish to change the dates of your hotel booking to a later date in 2020 or move your holiday to 2021, we will waive all admin fees, so only the difference in the package price will be payable.

Customers with Free Disney Dine included on their 2020 booking:

- Disney have confirmed that Free Disney Dine will be still be guaranteed for customers re-booking their Disney Hotel package to start on any date between 1 June to 30 September 2020, subject to hotel room availability. New prices may apply.

- If you are looking to amend your booking to 2021, bookings can be confirmed based on current 2021 prices. If any 2021 early booking offer is subsequently launched, we'll automatically apply the offer to your booking provided your chosen hotel, room type and travel dates qualify for the offer. Subject to availability.

Process to amend your Hotel booking

1) Email to notify us of your intention to defer travel. Please quote your booking reference in the subject line.

2) We will contact you with re-booking options.

3) We will update your booking and you should receive an updated invoice in 3-5 days.

4) We will waive all admin fees. New prices may apply. 

Customers yet to travel and wishing  to cancel

We will waive all cancellation fees for all customers due to check-in at their hotel on or before 31 July 2020. In line with the Package Travel Regulations of 2018 you will receive a full refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notification. 

Holidays due to depart from 1 August - We understand you will be concerned by the uncertainty surrounding international travel, but flights from August onwards are currently scheduled to go ahead as planned and holidays remain unaffected at this time. This means that our usual booking conditions apply should you wish to cancel now. However, this is a fast moving situation and we continue to monitor advice from the government and our suppliers closely. If the travel advice and/or park closures are extended beyond 31 July 2020, we will of course be in touch with you and the revised cancellation terms detailed above will be activated. 

Process to cancel your Hotel Booking
