Customers who are in resort

Your hotel booking should not be affected, Please speak to Guest Services for the most up-to-date information regarding the parks and your tickets. Activated tickets are non-refundable. However, we will liase with our suppliers to try and obtain refunds for unused days. This is not guaranteed and could take some time. It is at the discreation of the parks. Any local or domestic announcement regarding refunds may not apply to the international length of stay tickets.

Customers yet to travel and wish to amend their booking

We will waive all admin fees if you wish to change the dates of your hotel to later date in the current year or the following year. New prices may apply. Customers with Free Disney Dine included on their booking - Free Disney Dine will be still be guaranteed for customers re-booking their Disney Hotel package to start on any date between 19 April to 30 September 2020, subject to hotel room availability. New prices may apply.

Process to amend your Hotel booking

1) Email to notify us of your intention to defer travel.

2) We will contact you with re-booking options

3) We will update your booking and you should receive an updated invoice in 3-5 days.

4) We will waive all admin fees. New prices may apply.

Customers yet to travel and wishing to cancel

We will waive all cancellation fees for all customers due to check-in up to 30 June 2020. In line with the Package Travel Regulations of 2018 you will receive a full refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notification. 

For customers due to check-in from 1 July 2020 standard cancellation fees will apply. Please refer to our Hotel terms and conditions for details.
