MyMagic+

There is something magical happening at Walt Disney World Resort...

MyMagic+ is a brand new dimension of Disney magic, that will allow you to personalise your Walt Disney World experience both at home and on the go.

Our tickets are MyMagic+ ready!

Staying on-site at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, our guests Disney Theme Park ticket will be attached to their room reservation. So guests can use their themeparkbeds confirmation once they have made their profile on My Disney Experience.

My Disney Experience

Using your 12 digit ticket number, you can create a Disney profile on My Disney Experience. Here, you can start building your holiday itinerary, link with family and friends and view your day-by-day plans. This is available both online and as a mobile app.

FastPass+

As always, the FastPass service will allow you to skip the queue at the attraction you have selected in advance – saving you loads of time in the Parks. However, the new FastPass+ service is a whole new dimension of Disney FastPass. FastPass+ offers more than twice as many attractions and experiences to reserve than ever before and - for the first time ever - includes selected Character Greetings, shows, parades and fireworks. And the best thing is that Disney Fastpass+ is available to all Guests at no additional charge.

Using My Disney Experience, FastPass+ attractions and experiences can currently be booked up to 60 days in advance for on-site guests staying at a Disney hotel and 30 days in advance of each Disney visit for off-site guests*.

Enjoy benefits on the go!

Using the free WiFi in the Disney parks and the My Disney Experience app, you can make or modify your FastPass+ selections on the go. The app also allows you to view real-time queue wait times and see where you are on the interactive park map.

If you’re in the Parks and cannot access the app yourself, service centers with kiosks are located in each of the Disney parks and at Downtown Disney. There are also Cast Members (Disney Staff) with iPads who can assist you in accessing your Disney account within all the Parks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What are the differences between MagicBands and cards?

MagicBands are issued to guests staying at one of the Disney Hotels, whereas cards (Disney tickets) are issued to all off-site guests. Off-site guests have the option to purchase a MagicBand in the Parks if they wish. It is worth noting however, that there are no additional benefits to the MagicBands versus the cards for guests staying off-site.

Q. Can I book attractions and experiences for all my party?

Yes, once you have registered the ticket details for everyone, you can manage your FastPass+ reservations in one place. This makes it easy to make group reservations, whilst still having the flexibility for different members of the group to do their own thing.

Q. Can I change my FastPass+ selections on the same day of my visit?

Yes, you can change this using the My Disney Experience app. Alternatively, there are Cast Members who can assist you, and kiosks are available for you to access My Disney Experience in the Parks.

Q. What if the attraction/experience isn’t available to book with FastPass+ at the time that I want?

If an attraction or experience is unavailable, or expected to be unavailable during your FastPass+ arrival window, you will receive an alternate FastPass+ selection.

Q. If I’m staying at a Disney Hotel towards the end part of my visit, when do I get my band?

You will receive your MagicBands when you check in to your Disney Hotel. Guests will not be able to collect their Theme Park tickets prior to their check-in date. So if customers are arriving at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel at the end of their stay and want to use their Disney tickets before hand this will not be possible, especially if your guests have Disney dining attached to their reservation.

MyMagic+ and Disney Consumer-Direct Marketing for UK Resident Guests

The Walt Disney World® Resort is constantly looking for ways to make the guest experience even better. As a part of these ongoing efforts, earlier this year we announced some very exciting news about MyMagic+, which is coming to the Walt Disney World Resort. We want you to know how critical our travel industry relationships are to the success of MyMagic+, and we’re very excited to work with you on this new endeavour as it rolls out over the next several months. In the spirit of transparency, we also want to highlight how we will interact with and market to your clients (including those booked directly with you and those booked through travel agencies that work with you).

The benefits of MyMagic+ to your clients are substantial. By engaging with the My Disney Experience web pages pre-arrival, they’ll have access to certain benefits, including reserving access to select attractions as well as designated viewing areas for shows, parades and character meet-and-greet locations (via Disney FastPass+ service*) and ordering their personalized MagicBands to use upon their arrival. Initially these benefits will be for guests staying at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels. While ultimately we plan to make some of these benefits available for all guests, the following information pertains to guests staying at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels.

In the future, you should continue to market, package and sell Walt Disney World rooms and tickets to your clients just as you do now, offering them the invaluable planning resources and expertise they value. The only difference is that after you have booked your clients’ vacations, you should direct them to visit MyDisneyExperience.co.uk to unlock the benefits of MyMagic+.

MyDisneyExperience.co.uk is a URL for the My Disney Experience web pages, and the My Disney Experience web pages are part of the Disneyworld.com website. Clients who access the My Disney Experience web pages and who are not already registered on our website will be asked to do so. As part of this registration process, clients will provide us their email and physical addresses and other information, and will be asked whether they wish to receive marketing communications from Disney.

Before you invite your client to visit the My Disney Experience web pages, you should finalize your client’s reservations for Disney rooms, tickets and other components. When your client sets up his or her My Disney Experience profile, have your client link his or her Disney room reservation and tickets to his or her profile. The MyDisneyExperience.co.uk URL was developed specifically for clients of travel agencies and other travel distributors and is designed to take these clients to the web page that will allow them to link their Walt Disney World Resort hotel room reservation to their profiles. After your clients have linked their room reservations to their profiles, they will be directed to a page that includes an option to link tickets.

CLIENTS WHO HAVE REGISTERED ON THE MY DISNEY EXPERIENCE WEB PAGES MAY RECEIVE MARKETING MESSAGES FROM DISNEY. Subject to the exceptions explained below, Disney will TRY TO AVOID using information we obtain on the My Disney Experience web pages to send your clients marketing messages for net rate product (product made available to you at a discounted net rate) with a Disney call to action prior to their arrival, but only if your clients have linked their room reservations and tickets to their profiles. However, due to human and technical limitations, THIS CANNOT BE ASSURED, AND, IN ANY EVENT, for marketing messages sent any time after arrival, whether during their current trip or in the future, this policy will no longer apply (but see the paragraph below regarding the policy on email marketing after arrival to UK residents). Further, since we reserve the right to send marketing messages to your clients prior to their arrival if we or our affiliate had a marketing relationship with them before they accessed the My Disney Experience web pages or if we or our affiliate later develop a marketing relationship with them separate from the one created by their accessing the My Disney Experience web pages, we also reserve the right to use information we obtain on the My Disney Experience web pages in support of such marketing messages.

The following additional policy will apply only to those of your clients that we have identified as residents of the UK. Subject to the exceptions explained below, Disney will TRY TO AVOID using information we obtain on the My Disney Experience web pages to send your clients active marketing messages by email for net rate product (product made available to you at a discounted net rate) with a Disney call to action for a period of five years after their arrival, but only if your clients have linked their room reservations and tickets to their profiles. However, again, due to human and technical limitations, THIS CANNOT BE ASSURED. Please understand that we anticipate that some time in the future, we will want to end this policy. When we notify you that we have ended this policy, then this policy shall not apply to any information that we obtain on the My Disney Experience web pages after such notice is given. Further, since, even when this policy is in effect, we reserve the right to send marketing messages to your clients at any time if we or our affiliate had a marketing relationship with them before they accessed the My Disney Experience web pages or if we or our affiliate later develop a marketing relationship with them separate from the one created by their accessing the My Disney Experience web pages, we also reserve the right to use information we obtain on the My Disney Experience web pages in support of such marketing messages. All of the policies outlined in this communication are subject to change or discontinuance by Disney, and any change or discontinuance shall apply to all information that we obtain on the My Disney Experience web pages after such change or discontinuance.

Please understand that the My Disney Experience web pages may include ticket marketing messages and, further, your clients may navigate from the My Disney Experience web pages to other parts of the Disneyworld.com website, where Disney rooms, tickets and other products are marketed and sold.

As you know, for years your clients may have shared their data with us at Disney Resort hotel check- in. They also may have shared their data with us through online or other interactions with various Disney brands such as Walt Disney World, ESPN, Disney Channel, Disney Store and others. Now, with the new My Disney Experience web pages, we will collect client data when they engage with MyMagic+. By engaging with the clients earlier than before we can enhance their experiences, opening up many opportunities for them to pre-select the experiences they most want to enjoy while on vacation.

Thank you for your continuing cooperation and assistance. We encourage you to visit and view the functionality on mydisneyexperience.com, and we now look forward to working with you on making MyMagic+ a great success and an exceptional guest experience.

Stay tuned for more information, including MyMagic+ training, sales tools and additional information.
